This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms for returning physical products and the conditions for refunds on digital items.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks)

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a file has been delivered.

  • Exceptions are made only in cases of technical error (e.g., corrupted file, failed delivery). If this occurs, please contact us within 15 days of purchase at connect@rebeccaalimorong.com, and we will provide a working file or replacement download link.

 

2. Physical Books & Materials

  • Physical products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

    • Returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If a refund is denied, we will return the product to you with an explanation.

 

4. Exchanges (Physical Items Only)

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
