1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks)

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a file has been delivered.

Exceptions are made only in cases of technical error (e.g., corrupted file, failed delivery). If this occurs, please contact us within 15 days of purchase at connect@rebeccaalimorong.com, and we will provide a working file or replacement download link.
2. Physical Books & Materials

Physical products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them.

Returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
